At the end of the training, you will have a strategy deck you can use to align your team on the strategy and planning for the next year:
Strategic roadmap for a strong grasp on business direction;
Mind map of the key elements that make your business model;
Summary of your brand, product, sales, and marketing decisions;
Yearly objectives and the plan to reach them.
This training program is for startup founders and corporate venture builders who are getting ready to scale their business and would benefit from having a clear strategy deck before pushing forward.
You will need 14 hours for the sessions and 28 hours for preparation.
I often get asked, "Can I just follow the modules?"
To be honest, I wouldn't recommend it. You will only get results if you are willing to do the work.
I would say 20% theory and 80% practical exercises.
We start each session by introducing the exercises, backed by a real-life case study. We'll then brainstorm how the theory applies to your business and I'll challenge the clarity of your wording along the way.
