Otherwise, you risk loosing that fire that gets your team to perform.
Inefficiencies chip away at productivity
Poor communication creates confusion
Teams suffer unnecessary work frictions
Goals start to feel impossible
It's like 'fire fighting' mode is always on
Team energy quickly starts to drip away
In this training, you will learn to align business strategy with team tactics to create a framework that helps your team to accomplish more with less.
Book TRAININGIn 4 modules, you will learn how to design a framework that boosts team performance. We'll review real business examples to help you think about the organizational elements that should be in place to support your team as the business grows.
I recommend you follow the training in a 1-day, onsite format. However, if you prefer, you can break it down into 2-hour online sessions spread over four weeks.
Decide how to best organize your team and distribute responsibilities.
Map the roles and skills you need on your team to get the job done.
Decide on the best approach to track individual performance and team results.
Define the guiding principles and routines you will use to run your teams.
ORGANIZATION DESIGN TRAINING
1-day training or 4 two-hour sessions
Onsite or online format
Real-life business examples
Feedback on your organization design
You will end up with what I like to call a Team Playbook. An onboarding document to communicate how the team works with new team members:
Team roles & responsibilities
Operational workflows & tech stack
Team & individual performance metrics
Team routines
This training is for startup founders or corporate venture builders who have a clear strategy in place, but could use some help with creating a structure that helps them scale the business.
You will need 8 hours for the sessions and 8 hours for preparation.
I would say 20% theoretical and 80% practical.
We start each session by introducing the exercises, backed by a real-life case study. We'll then work together on a first draft of your organization design.
Yes, I will share all the exercises and case studies we covered during the training with you in a downloadable PDF format.
You'll know the answer to this after the first module. If it's not what you expected, let me know, and I will refund your money. Consider the first module as a free trial.
If you don't have a clear strategy for your business on paper, I recommend you start the Strategic Planning training.
Clarify your strategy on the product, marketing, sales, and operations levels.
