Do any of these sound familiar?
Your strategy is vague to say the least
It's hard to maintain a clear planning
Team is not feeling why their work matters
General update meetings are inefficient
Many ideas floating around, but little action
Analyzing performance feels like mission impossible
In this training, you will learn how to turn your business ambition into a clear strategy deck.
Book TRAININGIn 7 modules, you’ll work through practical exercises to sharpen key elements of your strategy: challenge, products, sales, marketing, operations, and planning. I'll take you through real-life examples and use our sessions to give you feedback on your work.
Strategy is an iterative process. I recommend a 7-week training with weekly 2-hour online sessions. However, if you're the type that benefits from powering through, you can choose a 2-day onsite course.
Learn how to write a short narrative of the problem you're out to solve and how you plan to go about it.
Learn how to define the milestones you will follow to achieve long-term goals.
Decide how you want to position your products compared to alternatives in the market.
Decide which sales channels you will activate and how you plan to compete.
Learn how to create a marketing plan to grab the attention of your customers.
Create an overview of your supply chain, internal work streams, and customer journey.
Learn how to set short-term goals and create a transformation map to reach them.
BUSINESS STRATEGY TRAINING
2-day training or 7 two-hour sessions
Onsite or online
Ongoing feedback on your work
Flexible schedule
At the end of the training you will have a strategy deck to lead your team in the right direction:
A plan to achieve your business ambitions
Stronger grasp on strategic decisions
Framework to revisit as you build your business
Elements to build pitches for investors, partners, or the team
This training program is for startup founders and corporate venture builders who are getting ready to scale their business and would benefit from having a clear strategy deck before pushing forward.
You will need 14 hours for the sessions and 28 hours for preparation.
I often get asked, "Can I just follow the modules?"
To be honest, I wouldn't recommend it. You will only get results if you are willing to do the work.
I would say 20% theory and 80% practical exercises.
We start each session by introducing the exercises, backed by a real-life case study. We'll then brainstorm how the theory applies to your business and I'll challenge the clarity of your wording along the way.
Yes, I will share all the exercises and case studies we covered during the training with you in a downloadable PDF format.
You'll know the answer to this after the first module. If it's not what you expected, let me know, and I will refund your money. Consider the first module as a free trial.
I recommend you start with this training. But if you already have a clear strategy on paper, then take a look at the other two trainings.
Clarify your strategy on the product, marketing, sales, and operations levels.
