Once you book your session, I will send you some questions about your current strategy and team structure. The answers will help me prepare for the session so we can quickly dive into the good stuff.


I’ll challenge your business strategy to identify any blindspots, help you create a strategic roadmap, and map out key milestones. Doing this will make it easier for you to define and prioritize changes that will improve the overall team performance.

90 minutes is usually enough to identify blindspots and create a strategic roadmap. How far we get with mapping out your key milestones and prioritizing improvement points will depend on your level of clarity.



If you’re clear on what you want to achieve and have a good idea of how you plan to go about it, then we’ll come far in one session. Alternatively, I would advise you to look at my Team Design Training.
